By booking any service with Plants Daddy, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure the health and safety of your plants and the smooth operation of our services.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup/service commencement.
Home Type Accuracy: Please select the Home Type that accurately reflects your plant count. Should the actual number of plants exceed your selected tier during pickup, additional charges will apply at ₹39 per plant.
Pickup & Delivery: We offer free pickup and delivery within our standard service zones. Requests outside these zones may incur a nominal logistics surcharge.
Pre-existing Condition: Plants Daddy is a plant care service, not a miracle cure. We perform a baseline health assessment at the time of pickup. We are not liable for the health status of plants that were already struggling, diseased, or pest-infested at the time of pickup.
Liability Limitation: We handle every plant with the utmost care and professional expertise. However, in the rare event of plant loss due to natural causes or inherent vulnerability, Plants Daddy’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the service fee paid for that specific plant. We do not provide monetary compensation for the plant itself.
Add-on Approval: For pruning, repotting, or special treatment, we will always contact you for approval before proceeding. These are charged as add-on services and are not included in the standard boarding fee.
Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to reserve your slot.
Cancellation Fee: Once a booking is confirmed, the 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable. This allows us to block capacity, allocate logistics, and reserve care space for your plants.
Rescheduling: If you need to change your travel dates, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will accommodate your request based on availability, provided the request is made before the scheduled pickup time.
Movement Risk: Very large, heavy, or fixed-planter plants are classified as "On-site" care. We strongly recommend on-site care for these to avoid the risk of damage during transportation. If you request us to move these, it is at your own risk.
Freshness Protocol: We pride ourselves on returning your plants looking vibrant. Before return, our team performs a leaf-cleaning and "fresh-look" protocol.
Delivery Acceptance: Please ensure someone is available at the time of scheduled delivery. If delivery fails due to unavailability, additional redelivery charges may apply.
