Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans change. This policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our team — whose time and scheduling depend on confirmed bookings.

2.1 How to Cancel a Booking

All cancellation requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to +91 9250052376 with your Booking ID clearly mentioned. Verbal cancellations, Instagram DMs, or email requests are not accepted as valid cancellation methods — only WhatsApp to our official number constitutes a formal cancellation.

The date and time of your WhatsApp message will be used to determine which cancellation tier applies. Please note that "seen" status alone does not constitute acknowledgement — you will receive a written confirmation of cancellation from our team within 4 business hours.

WhatsApp Only: Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp to our official number. Requests made through any other channel will not be treated as valid until confirmed by our team on WhatsApp.

Peak Season Notice: During Diwali (Oct 10–Nov 10), Summer Holidays (May 1–Jun 30), and other designated peak periods, cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are treated as less-than-24-hours cancellations. The advance payment is fully forfeited during these windows, regardless of exact timing. Peak season windows are announced in advance on our Instagram and WhatsApp Broadcast.
2.3 Rescheduling Policy

We differentiate between cancellation (ending the booking) and rescheduling (changing the pickup date). Rescheduling is treated more leniently as we understand that travel dates shift.

  • First Reschedule — Free: One date change is permitted at no charge, provided the new pickup date is communicated at least 24 hours before the original scheduled pickup.
  • Second Reschedule — ₹199 Fee: A second reschedule within the same booking incurs a ₹199 administrative fee, payable before the new pickup is confirmed.
  • Third or Further Rescheduling: Treated as a cancellation. Standard cancellation charges apply based on timing, and a fresh booking must be made.
  • Duration Changes: Reducing the duration of stay (e.g., changing from 12 days to 8 days) is permitted up to 48 hours before the original return date. No refund is issued for the days removed — the original package rate applies for the actual stay.
  • Duration Extension: Extending your stay is always welcome, subject to nursery capacity. Additional charges apply at the standard pro-rata daily rate for your tier.
2.4 Mid-Stay Early Return Request

If a customer wishes to end the plant's stay early — for example, returning after 6 days of a planned 14-day stay — the following applies:

  • A minimum 24-hour advance notice is required for early return via WhatsApp.
  • The balance payment due will be calculated based on the actual number of days completed, not the original booking duration.
  • No refund will be issued for the difference between the original package price and the shorter-stay price, as our logistics and capacity were committed to the original duration.
  • A ₹199 re-dispatch fee applies for early drop-off requests if the drop falls outside our normal scheduled route for that day.
2.5 Special Conditions for Subscription Members

Subscription plan members (Weekend Wanderer, Garden Traveller, Jungle VIP Annual) operate under slightly different cancellation terms, as follows:

  • Monthly Plan Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. The current month's subscription is non-refundable once activated.
  • Annual Plan Cancellation: Annual plans may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (cooling-off period). After 7 days, the annual fee is non-refundable, though the benefits remain active until the plan period ends.
  • Individual Trip Cancellation within Subscription: Trips included in a subscription plan that are cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as used — the usage slot is forfeited and does not roll over to the following month.
